| KC Card Points Redemption Program Terms and Condition: |

Only KC card members with sufficient valid points are eligible for voucher redemption. | |

Rebates will be issued upon minimum 500 points accumulation at Kiddyplace over the period of membership of 3 years. | |

Eligible members will be notified. Kiddyplace Sdn. Bhd. Will not bear responsibility for mail failure or late arrival of letters due to postage delays. Members are advice to check with Kiddyplace if they have not received notification in March month of every year. | |

Every Year, March month, we will inform qualified members to come to Kiddyplace to redeem thier vouchers from March till June Collection period. If within this period members do not show up, we will remain the points in our systems for further accumulation. | |
5 |
Rebate amount entitlement in rebate letters is final and no further correspondence will be entertained. | |
6 |
For every RM 1 spent, 1 point will be rewarded. Rebates is 3% of the total points accumulated. | |

Kiddyplace Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse vouchers redemption for valid reason or if it is suspected that the rebates were fradulently accumulated or wrongly recorded. | |

Kiddyplace points earned are non-transferable, assignable or sellable to others. | |

Terms & Conditions |

Kiddyplace Club (KC) is opened to anyone of aged 16 years and above. | |
2 |
KC Card is a point accumulation and Privilege card. It is not a credit card or charge card. It is non-transferable. | |

A processing fee of RM 15 is chargeable for 3 years of membership. Customers may obtain free membership with a minimum total purchase of normal item RM 250 in a single receipt. Employees of Kiddyplace Sdn Bhd are not eligible to apply and use the KC Card. | |

Calculation on the years of membership: Signing up year is the 1st year. Example: signing up August 2005, membership will expire on 31 December 2007. | |

Kiddyplace Sdn Bhd reserves the right to omit, add or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Any new and amended terms and conditions shall always override the existing terms and conditions. | |

Kiddyplace Sdn Bhd reserve the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time it deems necessary. In such case, an advance notice shall be given to members. | |

Kiddyplace Sdn Bhd reserve the right to use customer's information for the company's marketing purpose only. | |

| Renewal / Replacement of KC Card | ||

The KC Card can be renewed with a RM 10 payment for 3 years of memberships. | |
2 |
Member may request for deduction of 1000 points for renewal membership of 3 years. | |
3 |
Renewal must be done within 6 months from expiry date or you will need to sign-up as a new member. | |
4 |
If KC Card is stolen, lost or damaged, a fee of RM 10 will be charged for replacement card. | |
| Usage of KC Card | ||

KC Card must be presented to the cashier BEFORE each pruchase of merchandise. | |
2 |
KC Card cannot be used for additional discount on best buy, promotional items and during sales period. | |
3 |
KC Card can be used during sales period for our recording purpose, but not for points' accumulation. | |
